Reginald M. Grant


Chief Operating Officer

Reginald graduated from Southeastern University with a B.S. in Nonprofit Management and received a Certificate of Nonprofit Management from Duke University. Before joining Generation Hope, he worked as Capacity Building Program Manager at Fair Chance, an organization that strengthens the sustainability and performance of Washington, DC, community-based nonprofits serving youth affected by poverty. Prior to that post, he served as the National Deputy Director of Youth Programs with the Milton S. Eisenhower Foundation and the Executive Director of the Carver Terrace Youth Safe Haven. Reginald was honored with the Violet Green Caring for Children Award from Edgewood Brookland Family Support Collaborative and was recently named to Washington Business Journal’s 40 under 40 List (2021). He resides in Maryland with his wife, Courtney, and son, RJ, and daughter, Zoey.
