Meet our new Volunteer Coordinator, Jenny!

Hi everyone! My name is Jenny Lintvedt and I am excited to introduce myself as the new Volunteer Coordinator for Generation Hope. I am thrilled to have the opportunity to work with such an inspiring organization that is truly making a difference in our community.

A little about my background: I have a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the University of Delaware and a Master’s degree in International Health from the University of Leeds in England. I currently work as a Public Health Nurse for Arlington County, providing clinic services as well as case management for underprivileged clients. I am also a volunteer at Doorways for Women and Families, a homeless shelter in Arlington.

In my free time I love hiking, planning trips, baking, and annoying my roommates with my awful singing voice.

I am so excited to begin my new role at Generation Hope, and look forward to meeting all of the volunteers, scholars, sponsors, and staff!
